Well, I gotta tell ya, I’m beat! I went to Walgreens six times this week, rolling some of the great Register Rewards deals they had. And this, my friends, is the fruit of my labor:

What you see here is 12 bars of Neutrogena facial soap, 3 bottles of Ecotrin, 2 bottles of vitamins, a ream of printer paper, 2 tubes of Luster White 7 Toothpaste, 3 bottles of Rejuvicare Collagen Beauty Formula, and 2 boxes of Kotex. Oh yeah, and 3 Butterfingers. But I just needed those for fillers…no, really! Why are you laughing? What is missing is the mini memo pad I got as a filler, he now lives in my binder for me to write lists on. Don’t forget the crowning glory, $17 in Register Rewards for me to spend later!
The total shelf price for all of this was $146.78. The total amount I paid was $10.98! And remember, I still have $17 to spend later, so it’s like I got PAID to take all this home! You can’t beat it!
Funny story: As I was doing my last transaction of the night, my total was down to $3.16. The last coupon was $2.50, but it wouldn’t go through, because then it would be covering some of the sales tax. So I bought 2 Butterfinger bars, which brought the total to $4.16, and allowed the last coupon to go through, making my OOP $1.66. The woman in line behind me was amused, stating that I basically only paid for the candy. SO I told her, “Now watch this!” The cashier told me that I had some coupons printing out. The woman told me, “Oh, I never even look at them!” I let her know that she definitely should be looking at them! I said to her, “You just saw me pay $1.66 for all of those items,” and I held up my coupons I just got “And now I have $17 to spend the next time I come in here!” Her jaw literally dropped! It was such a fun moment!
So now I’m completely exhausted, it’s been a long week. I’ll start formulating a plan of attack for the next week tomorrow.
P.S. Oh yeah, I also saved 80% at ShopRite tonight. BOO-YAH!
