It’s once again time for Menu Plan Monday, presented by OrgJunkie! This week’s menu will feature items I received when I ordered from Angel Food Ministries this month. Angel Food items will be marked with an * so you know which items from the menu are from Angel Food.
Monday: Meat Loaf*, Corn on the Cob*, Garlic Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
Tuesday: Rotini, Sausage*, sauce*
Wednesday: Barbeque Meatballs*, green beans, baked potatoes
Thursday: Roasted Pork Loin* (not sure abt. sides yet..what goes with pork loin?)
Friday: Crockpot chicken stew*, with brown rice to stretch it
Saturday: Steak fajitas (steak* tortillas*) onions, peppers, Mexican Rice
Sunday: Hamburger Rice Skillet
