I don’t like to be a negative nellie, but there is something I need to get off my chest. Like many of you, I often buy household cleansers at the Dollar Store (I’m trying to get into making my own cleansers, but that’s a whole other post). I shop at my local Dollar Tree store. However, I will NOT be buying cleansers at that store anymore.
Today was the last straw. I bought their “LA’s Awesome” version of calcium, lime, and rust remover to clean my toilet. I didn’t know LA had “celebrity” cleansers, but I digress…
For the fourth or fifth time that I have bought these “LA’s Awesome” cleansers, by the time I get home, the contents of the bottle is ALL.OVER. The cleaner soaked the contents of the bag, and left a puddle on my floor. I know these are from the Dollar Tree, and they’re not supposed to be miracle products, but I don’t think I’m asking too much if expecting the bottles to actual CONTAIN the liquid inside.
Dollar Tree shopping may help save a few dollars, but NOT when the product you buy ruins all your other purchases, and you never even get to use it!
